Job description

Ensuring Chart's Success...

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Document Control Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and updating our JDE Edwards system to ensure seamless document control and data accuracy.

This is a fulltime temporary role.  It will last until approximately the end of October, 2026.

What Will You Do?

The Document Control Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and maintenance of our JDE Edwards system, which is the cornerstone of our document control and data management processes. This role will involve working closely with various departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, streamline workflows, and support compliance initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **JDE Edwards System Management:**

   - Administer and maintain the JDE Edwards document control system.

   - Perform routine data entry, update, and configuration tasks within the system.

   - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document control and system functionality.

2. **Document Control:**

   - Manage and organize digital and physical documents, ensuring proper categorization and indexing.

   - Establish and enforce document control procedures and naming conventions.

   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure document accuracy and completeness.

3. **Data Entry and Validation:**

   - Input, update, and validate data in the JDE Edwards system, including but not limited to project records, specifications, drawings, and process documentation.

   - Verify data integrity and resolve discrepancies.

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require...
  • Lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, other related tasks in an office and industrial setting.
Your Experience Should Be...

- Proficiency in using JDE Edwards or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and data accuracy.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with different departments.

- Knowledge of document control best practices and compliance requirements.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to document management systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.

- Prior experience in a document control or data management role is a plus.
