Job Details:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Social Security Disabilities Attorney to join our legal team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals who are unable to work due to disability. You will be responsible for representing clients in Social Security Disability (SSD) claims and appeals, ensuring they receive the benefits they are entitled to. This role requires a deep understanding of the Social Security Administration's guidelines, strong advocacy skills, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
1. Represent clients in all stages of Social Security Disability claims and appeals.
2. Prepare and submit all necessary documentation to the Social Security Administration.
3. Conduct thorough case analysis to determine the best course of action for each client.
4. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and advocate for their rights in court.
5. Stay updated on changes in Social Security Disability laws and regulations.
6. Provide compassionate and effective legal counsel to clients, helping them navigate through the complex Social Security Disability process.
7. Collaborate with medical professionals, vocational experts, and other specialists to build strong cases for clients.
8. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all ethical standards of the legal profession.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member of the Bar in good standing.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Social Security Disability Attorney.
4. Proven track record of success in Social Security Disability claims and appeals.
5. Extensive knowledge of Social Security Disability laws and regulations.
6. Experience handling cases involving injuries and accidents.
7. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
9. Ability to manage a high caseload while providing exceptional client service.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
11. Compassionate and committed to helping clients secure the benefits they are entitled to.
12. Proficient in legal research and writing.
