To thrive as a Personal Injury Lawyer, you need a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, a state law license, and a deep understanding of tort law, legal research, and case management. It can be a rewarding career for those with strong negotiation and litigation skills, and it often requires obtaining a law license and gaining experience through internships or clerkships.
