Job Opportunity: Social Security Disability Attorney (2+ Years of Experience)
Location: Chicago, IL
Full-Time Position | Competitive Salary & Full Benefits Package
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Security Disability Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. If you have a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of Social Security disability claims, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in Social Security Disability claims and appeals
  • Review case files, conduct legal research, and develop case strategies
  • Communicate with clients, Social Security Administration, medical professionals, and other relevant parties
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions
  • Advocate for clients during hearings and appeals before administrative law judges
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active bar membership
  • At least 2 years of experience practicing Social Security Disability law
  • Strong knowledge of Social Security Disability regulations and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Compassionate and client-focused attitude
