Creek Technologies is a rapidly growing technology company with nationwide contracts and exciting opportunities for advancement. We are seeking a Computer Support Technician (CST) to join our team full-time on-site. This position plays a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service and IT support to end users across a range of technical environments. Responsibilities Level 1 - Initial Contact & First Touch Resolution: * Answer incoming support calls and generate detailed incident reports (trouble tickets)
* Record user information including location and asset data
* Perform basic troubleshooting via phone or remote desktop control
* Attempt resolution of common technical issues on first contact
Level 2 - Detailed or Remote Resolution: * Resolve incidents escalated from Level 1 using advanced problem analysis and remote support tools
* Provide support for walk-in users, including: * Common Access Card (CAC) PIN resets
* NIPRNet/SIPRNet account resets
* VIP service requests
Level 3 - Touch Labor: * Provide on-site support for issues requiring physical presence or advanced troubleshooting
* Dispatch to user locations when remote support is insufficient Qualifications Required: * Certification: CompTIA Security+ CE (or higher; mandatory for DoD 8570 compliance)
* 1-3 years of IT support experience in a help desk or desktop support role
