Job description

You will serve as a Computer Assistant in the TRAINING SUPPORT DIVISION, SYNTHETIC TRAINING DEPARTMENT of EWTGLANT.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Must have experience in IT asset and inventory management, such as tracking hardware and users within a database like the NET tool; providing direct customer service and technical support to resolve IT issues; performing basic secuirty administration tasks, including tracking user compliance with Information Assurance (IA) training. Experience dealing with communication channels such as SharePoint, Teams, and naval message management. Must hold an active IAT Level I baseline certification, such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ CE, as a condition of employment.
