Job description

IT Technician

Amazing entry-level opportunity to work with one of the largest companies in Knoxville, TN as an IT Technician. This position will be focused on shipping out IT equipment and maintaining proper inventory levels. Light technical work will be performed.


IT Technician Responsibilities

  • Pick, package, and ship IT equipment to new/current team members
  • Image and configure equipment using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit
  • Assemble network racks and servers
  • Light assembly and configuration of equipment needing to be shipped
  • Maintain inventory of equipment
  • Build server racks and do basic server hookups and cabling


IT Technician Requirements

  • All builds will be done in the Warehouse, then shipped directly to stores
  • Previous IT experience or equivalent schooling
  • Must have basic technical troubleshooting skills
  • Only seeking hard workers with good personalities
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and do manual labor
