Position Summary: The IT Tech ensures proper functioning of company's information processing system and helps business operations utilize software and hardware configurations that improve efficiency.
In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are:
  • Ensure proper functioning of the company's information process system
  • Support business operations use of a variety of operating hardware and software
  • Interact professionally with the staff; maintain effective working relationships and works in cooperation with the management team to meet department objectives
  • Must be very knowledgeable in Casino Slot and Table Game Systems.
  • Other duties as assigned
