Community Liaison (Part-Time) - Join Our Team!

At Bright Builders ABA, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality ABA services while building strong relationships within the communities we serve. We are seeking a motivated and personable Part-Time Community Liaison to help grow community partnerships, strengthen referral relationships, and expand awareness of our services.

About the Role:

As a Community Liaison, you will serve as a key connection between our organization and the local community. This role focuses on relationship-building, outreach, and networking with referral sources, healthcare professionals, schools, and community organizations. You will have the opportunity to connect with individuals and organizations, build professional relationships, and contribute to meaningful growth in the healthcare or ABA field.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, schools and educators, speech, OT, and PT providers, social workers and case managers, community organizations, and referral sources
• Conduct outreach to increase awareness of company services
• Represent the company at networking events, community events, and meetings
• Educate prospective referral partners and families about the intake process and available services
• Assist with marketing and business development initiatives
• Track outreach activity and referral relationships
• Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and community engagement opportunities
• Maintain a professional and positive representation of the organization at all times
