We are experts in crafting community outreach and customer engagement solutions that bridge the gap between brands and their desired target markets. Due to recent growth and an increase in client demand, we are actively hiring an Entry Level Community Outreach Coordinator to join our powerhouse team.

As the Entry Level Community Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of community outreach campaigns across the DFW market. Daily, you will connect with community members to promote our client's brand, generate positive buzz and excitement, and increase customer enrollment. This is a dynamic, front-facing position and requires someone with excellent communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.

Entry-Level Community Outreach Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute community outreach campaigns throughout Plano and the surrounding suburbs
  • Meet with community members directly to promote our client's brand positively resulting in increased product demand and sales
  • Discuss product and service options that are best suited to address the consumer's needs and positively impact their lifestyle
  • Answer all product and service-related questions with the highest level of professionalism, honesty, and transparency
  • Guide consumers through the enrollment process with ease and build trust through the process to improve long-term consumer retention
  • Communicate and support existing clients in conjunction with our company standards and compliance regulations
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our client's mission, target audience, and promotional techniques
  • Attend daily meetings to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the client's products, services, promotional offerings, and KPIs
  • Adhere to our company policies and demonstrate an understanding of our core leadership values

Entry-Level Community Outreach Coordinator Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or other related fields of study are preferred
