Guardian Outreach Ministries Inc. is seeking a reliable and professional individual for a part-time Community Outreach Associate role supporting community events and golf course outreach across locations, including Phoenix, Dallas–Fort Worth, Nashville, and Los Angeles. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
  • Professional, dependable, and engaging demeanor
  • Tech-savvy with smartphone use for updates/reporting
  • Comfortable working Thursday–Sunday shifts

Experience in golf, community outreach, promotional events, fundraising, customer service, hospitality, or sales is preferred.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COMMUNITY OUTREACH ASSOCIATE

This is a flexible part-time position with shifts primarily Thursday through Sunday during daytime business hours, with occasional early morning or evening events, traveling directly from home to assigned locations.


As our Community Outreach Associate, you will travel directly to assigned golf course or community event locations, set up outreach materials, and represent Guardian Community in a professional manner. During each event, you will engage attendees, share information about the organization's mission, and support outreach efforts through clear communication and positive interactions. You will also assist with event setup and breakdown while ensuring all activities run efficiently.
