Job description

Violet Residential Service Agency (VRSA) is a growing non-medical home care agency serving Arizona. We are seeking a self-motivated, dependable, relationship-focused GO-GETTER to enhance our community presence and referral network. This part-time role involves local travel within Maricopa County and the opportunity to play a crucial role in expanding access to care.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, hospices, senior living facilities, healthcare professionals, case managers, and community organizations
  • Conduct outreach via in-person visits, telephone, and email communications
  • Introduce VRSA services to potential referral partners and follow up on leads
  • Maintain detailed outreach and referral records using specialized healthcare databases, spreadsheets, and manual logs
  • Represent VRSA professionally throughout the Maricopa County community
  • Coordinate travel within Maricopa County for outreach activities
  • Help increase awareness of VRSA and generate qualified referral opportunities


Required Qualifications

  • Experience in outreach, networking, sales, referral development, healthcare, social services, or home care
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable traveling locally throughout Maricopa County
  • Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and able to work independently with periodic check-ins
  • Proficient in using outreach tools including healthcare databases and spreadsheets
  • Strong follow-through and initiative


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in outreach or related fields
  • Associate Degree in Healthcare or Social Services

VRSA offers $18–$24/hour DOE, a flexible part-time schedule (2 days/week, 5hours/day), mileage reimbursement for approved business travel, and opportunities for additional hours and advancement—including potential transition to full-time and leadership roles within the outreach team.
