Job description

Schedule: Monday- Friday; flexible day shift hours

This is a hybrid position based out of Bloomington, IN

Responsibility: 

  • Supports the development and execution of community outreach strategies, initiatives and events that align with IU Health community outreach priorities, in meeting the identified needs of the communities. 
  • Provides assistance to team member volunteer programs. 
  • Provides administrative coordination for the system team in areas such as meeting management, budget coordination, and ad hoc project support. 
  • Supports the assigned Manager and team in successfully executing initiatives and events.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience required.
  • 0-3 Years of Experience.
  • Ability to work in a complex business environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, background managing program/event logistics.
  • Experience in managing program/event logistics preferred.
