Foster Recruitment & Outreach Manager
Salary: $50,000-$55,000
The Foster Recruitment & Outreach Manager is a dynamic and resourceful relationship builder who will work with both internal teams and within the community to develop, coordinate, and initiate marketing plans designed to recruit, develop, and continually engage quality foster parents. This role will implement and manage a corporate partnership program to increase recruitment efforts of The Villages programs. The recruitment of foster parents and other program participants is critical to the success of the agency. This position supports the agencys mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
This position requires the availability to work some evenings/weekends as well as travel throughout the state of Indiana.
Essential Functions:
Independently engage the community to connect, develop, and engage potential foster parents
Develop, coordinate, and manage regional marketing plans designed to recruit foster parents and other program participants
Seek out opportunities for and lead community presentations, public speaking engagements, informational sessions, and tabling events
Cultivate partnerships with churches, schools, corporate partners, and civic groups to increase recruitment of foster parents.
Create & maintain a database of outreach contacts, prospective caregivers, and community partners.
Track engagement & reporting metrics on progress toward recruitment and outreach goals.
Stay informed on foster care policies and trends to ensure messaging and programming remain relevant.
Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Services, Psychology, Marketing, or other related fields
2 years of experience in community outreach, program coordination, or related nonprofit role.
