Do you enjoy meeting new people, organizing events, and building strong relationships in the community? Are you someone who can bring people together, keep projects moving, and help volunteers succeed?
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Community Outreach Manager to help support volunteer groups, coordinate events, and strengthen community engagement throughout Minnesota. This is a highly interactive role where no two days are exactly the same.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for local groups and leaders
  • Build strong relationships within the community
  • Provide guidance and support for activities, meetings, and events
  • Assist with planning, fundraising, and community engagement efforts
  • Coordinate and support a small team working throughout MN
  • Help recruit, train, and support volunteers and local leaders
  • Track reports, maintain records, and assist with organizational communications
  • Identify opportunities for growth, membership engagement, and community involvement
  • Travel throughout MN to attend meetings, events, and trainings as needed

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
