zTrip, one of North America's leading transportation providers, is seeking an energetic, organized, and relationship-focused Community Outreach Manager to help expand our presence throughout the Nashville market.

In this dynamic role, you'll build strategic partnerships, strengthen community connections, and support growth initiatives that increase awareness of zTrip's transportation services. If you enjoy networking, developing relationships, and making a direct impact in your community, this is an exciting opportunity to help drive the continued success of zTrip.

What You'll Do as a Community Outreach Manager:Community Relations & Partnership Development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, healthcare organizations, hotels, schools, government agencies, and community groups
  • Identify opportunities to establish new partnerships and expand community engagement efforts
  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective partners and community stakeholders
  • Foster long-term relationships that support business growth and increased transportation accessibility
  • Serve as a trusted representative of the zTrip brand throughout the Nashville area
Networking & Community Engagement
  • Represent zTrip at community events, trade shows, networking functions, and industry gatherings
  • Build relationships with local business leaders, nonprofit organizations, and key decision-makers
  • Participate in Chamber of Commerce events and other professional associations
  • Increase awareness of zTrip services through public outreach and community involvement
  • Promote zTrip's mission of providing safe, reliable transportation throughout the region
Marketing & Brand Awareness
  • Support local marketing initiatives, promotional events, and customer engagement activities
  • Assist with outreach campaigns designed to increase visibility and strengthen brand recognition
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote transportation programs and services
  • Generate creative ideas to expand community awareness and customer engagement
  • Help maintain positive communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders
Strategic Growth & Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with leadership to support market growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to enhance partner and customer experiences
  • Assist with special projects focused on community engagement and business development
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Support organizational goals that contribute to long-term success and market expansion
What We're Looking for as a Community Outreach Manager:
  • Experience in community outreach, marketing, business development, account management, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable engaging with business professionals, community leaders, and prospective partners
  • Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred
