What does a client care liaison do?

A Client Care Liaison acts as a bridge between clients and an organization, ensuring that clients' needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. They handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about services or products. Their goal is to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty by fostering clear communication and offering personalized support.
