We are all working together toward the milestone of actively serving 1,000 clients!
Our clients are veterans and older adults who wish to remain living independently at home. They often require companionship, help around the house, personal care or cognitive and dementia support.
We are hiring a COMMUNITY LIAISON in SIERRA VISTA to create growth and opportunity. If you have experience developing relationships with community partners and increasing referral activity in the senior care space-or think you may enjoy doing this type of work-this role will be a great fit!

  2. Level 5 Leadership: You strive to be a level 5 leader every day, embrace productive conflict and honor vulnerability.
  3. Doer: You are committed and accountable-no excuses. You put first things first and magnify your role and understand that action beats perfection.
  4. Discipline: You do not want a job but rather wish to operate with freedom within a framework of responsibilities and are consistent in your effort and execution day in and day out.
  5. Grow or Die: You drive for superior financial results, operational excellence and truly believe that Good is the enemy of Great.

You'll love coming to work every day as a COMMUNITY LIAISON if you GET, WANT and have the CAPACITY to do the following things:
  • Drive for growth of number of clients, weekly service hours provided and revenue.
  • Overcome obstacles, generate unique approaches and constantly hunt for opportunities.
  • Prioritize and segment B2B referral sources/community partners and develop relationships that generate a constant flow of high value long-term home care clients.
  • Make sales and educational presentations, connect with people of varied backgrounds at all levels of senior services, health care, and professional organizations to generate referrals.

You'll have success as a COMMUNITY LIAISON if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
  • Follow a clear outside sales process and focus sharply on results, while bring a strong strategic business sense to your work.
  • Spend 90% of your time meeting with referral partners via a combination of cold calls, warm calls, and pre-set meetings.
  • Keep meticulous records and urgently follow-through on action items and identified opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, client experience and senior management to accomplish the greater good for the company, our partners and our clients.

We train our team to help them succeed and everyone on our team contributes to our success. As a COMMUNITY LIAISON you will be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:
  • Number of referrals from community partners, new clients, and service hours completed.
  • In-person sales calls with meaningful conversations, including spontaneous and pre-scheduled appointments.
  • Securing 3P (Powerfully Productive Presentations) with referral source teams.
  • Participating in networking, educational and community events.
  • Leveraging relationships with sales counterparts at non-competitive companies to support each other's efforts to drive business and penetrate referral sources more effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK SCHEDULE of a COMMUNITY LIAISON
If you have earned a bachelor's degree and are willing to spend at least 45-50 hours per week working learning and hitting these numbers consistently, you will be recognized and rewarded for the value you create for our team, clients and employees.
  • General work hours include occasional after hours and weekend work.
  • This includes sharing responsibility for after hours prospective client inquiry calls (nights, weekends, holidays) on a rotational basis with other members of the team.
