Job Title: Pathology Clinical Operations (Assistant Professor)

Summary
The Department of Pathology & Immunology at Baylor College of Medicine is seeking a highly skilled and motivated transfusion medicine fellowship trained candidate with other interests or trainings in other areas of clinical pathology or anatomic pathology to join our team at Ben Taub Hospitals, our teaching hospital located in the heart of the world's largest medical center (The Texas Medical Center in Houston).
The ideal candidate must have strong training in transfusion medicine and a proven ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, will be expected to contribute to the educational, scholarly, and translational research activities of the department, and should be eligible for appointment at the Assistant Professor or higher rank.
Minimum Qualifications:
MD or DO; pathology AP/CP or CP training, and transfusion medicine fellowship training; eligible for or having Texas medical license.
Work Authorization Requirement:
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout the duration of employment.
