RN - Regional Director of Clinical Operations

CommuniCare Health Servicesis currently recruiting an experienced and dynamicRegistered Nurse, BSN preferred, for the position ofRegional Director of Clinical Operations.The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in Nursing Consulting and Long Term Care. Experience as a DON is preferred.

The Regional Director of Clinical Operations is a key management position whose responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluate facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care.
  • Visit facilities weekly for intervention, audit and training.
  • Train new nursing management.
  • Monitor readiness for State Survey and assist during surveys
  • Aid in the Plan of Correction process

Job Requirements:

  • Current RN license, BSN preferred, in the State of Ohio
  • At least 3 - 5 years experience in Long Term Care and Nursing Consulting
  • Previous DON experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and oversee functions at multiple facilities on a daily basis
  • Ability to travel throughout region
  • Must maintain current CPR certification
