Job Overview:

Open Roads Behavioral Health, ASH LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the efficient operation of our clinical programs (Adolescent Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient services) and ensuring the highest standard of patient care. The Clinical Operations Associate will work closely with Associate Director of Operations, Clinical Directors, healthcare professionals, manage operational processes, and contribute to the overall success of our clinical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operational Management: Oversee and coordinate daily clinical operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

· Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all clinical operations comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. Participate in quality assurance programs and assist in audits and inspections under the direction of Compliance and QA Manager and Associate Director of Operations.

· Data Management: Manage and maintain clinical documentation, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality. Upload key assessments and documents into EMR and statewide portals. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

· Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff, management, and other departments to support clinical initiatives and resolve operational issues. Facilitate communication and coordination between teams.

· Training & Support: Provide training and support to clinical staff on operational procedures, systems, and best practices. Assist in the development of training materials and protocols under supervision.

· Patient Care Support: Assist in ensuring a patient-centered approach in all clinical operations. Address patient concerns and feedback as needed to improve service delivery.

· Reporting: Prepare and present reports on documentation, performance and productivity of staff, and essential due dates for ongoing assessment. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) under supervision.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare management, or a related role. Experience in a non-profit or social services setting is preferred.

Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical management software.

Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare regulations, Medicaid standards, quality assurance practices, and data management principles. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.

Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrates a commitment to patient care and organizational goals.

English/Spanish Bilingual highly preferred
