Senior Administrative Associate, Clinical Operations

This Senior Administrative Associate, Clinical Operations, manages complex scheduling and coverage coordination, maintains program resources and shared systems, and oversees communication through inbox and phone line management to ensure timely and accurate responses. This role provides backup support for Direct Patient Consult (DPC) workflows, including scheduling, documentation preparation, and record tracking, while also assisting with hiring and onboarding logistics. The Senior Clinical Operations Associate contributes to SOP development, process standardization, and the creation of resource libraries to promote consistency across the team. Additionally, it supports quality assurance activities, basic technical troubleshooting, and data tracking to ensure accuracy, identify gaps, and drive continuous program improvement.
