We are seeking a handsโ€‘on, operationally focused Director of Operations to lead and integrate Astranaโ€™s operational strategy into a newly acquired network of Valueโ€‘based care clinical sites.

As a key leader within Astrana Health, this individual will play a critical role in stabilizing operations, supporting provider engagement, optimizing processes, leveraging analytics, and implementing scalable solutions that deliver measurable impact across a multiโ€‘site clinic network. The Director will partner closely with clinic leadership to ensure continuity of care and drive performance improvement.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, data analytics, or a related field (managed care or health tech experience preferred)
  • Proven experience leading clinic operations, integrations, or turnaround efforts
  • Strong quantitative and analytical problemโ€‘solving skills, with the ability to provide dataโ€‘backed insights
  • Handsโ€‘on experience with data tools such as SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel (Power Query, VBA)
  • Demonstrated success managing multiโ€‘site operations in a fastโ€‘paced, highโ€‘growth environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
