•       Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of new technology tools — from RFP development and vendor evaluation through selection, implementation, and ongoing administration

•       Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across core business systems

•       Support network infrastructure, including basic configuration, troubleshooting, and coordination with external vendors

•       Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and IT policies

•       Working knowledge of networking fundamentals — DNS, VPN, LAN/WAN, firewalls

•       Experience with systems administration in a Windows environment

•       Familiarity with IT procurement and vendor evaluation processes is a plus

•       Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

•       Comfortable supporting a global team across multiple time zones

•       Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

•       Financial services or professional services experience preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

•       Competitive base salary commensurate with experience

•       Performance-based bonus plan

•       Health, dental, and vision insurance

•       401(k) retirement plan
