Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Associate will play a critical role in providing marketing and operational support to medical aesthetics clinics. This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and will work closely with the broader marketing and operations teams to support the brands' and organization's growth objectives. The Marketing Operations Associate serves as the primary marketing liaison between clinics, marketing vendors, and AST - ensuring campaigns and initiatives are executed against brief and on timeline. This role entails a mix of operational, marketing, and strategic responsibilities. The individual will be technically strong, action-oriented, diplomatic, and have excellent communication and project management skills. Technology integration and marketing experience is preferred, but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operational & Project Management Support

  • Support and manage project plans, build SOPs, and implementation checklists to support the rollout of marketing initiatives across Annie clinics (e.g., promotions, events, local partnerships, campaign execution). Operate as an execution extension of the CMO and Directors of Operations, ensuring initiatives move from concept to completion with clear timelines, ownership, and results.
  • Execute and project-lead initiatives notated in marketing strategies, continually driving a forward momentum.
  • Provide updates through weekly team meetings and KPI tracking with Clinic Managers and AST, ensuring alignment between central strategy and local execution.
  • Partner with AST Directors, AST Marketing, and Clinic Managers to organize and monitor marketing workstreams-ensuring accountability, timelines, and deliverables are met. Serve as the connective tissue between clinic teams, Operations leadership, and the central marketing function to keep priorities aligned and execution on track.

Marketing Systems & Vendor Management

  • Manage and optimize marketing tools such as AesthetixCRM, Zenoti, and Corral to improve campaign tracking, lead conversion, and reporting.
  • Collaborate and support in the management of marketing vendors and creative partners to ensure deliverables meet deadlines, brand guidelines, and performance standards.
  • Support implementation and adoption of new marketing tools and integrations-documenting best practices, testing automations, and training clinic teams where needed.
  • Serve as the operational point person for marketing systems-liaising with vendors, the AST Marketing team, and clinic staff to troubleshoot and improve workflows.

Creative Optimization & Brand Stewardship

  • Review and approve marketing collateral and brand assets for consistency with each brands' identity, tone, and compliance standards.
  • Contribute creative ideas and process improvements that enhance both marketing output and system efficiency (e.g., campaign workflows, automation, or data visualization).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the operations, marketing, and vendor teams to test new approaches that elevate patient engagement and drive measurable growth.
  • Support marketing pilots and campaign launches by coordinating logistics, tracking metrics, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of professional experience in operations, consulting, accounting, finance, or similar.
  • Experience with marketing CRMs, automation tools, or analytics platforms is preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously
  • Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, or similar is a plus.

Skills / Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced user of Excel; technical systems. Technology integration experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and sensitive items with kindness.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong judgment in brand alignment, messaging, and presentation; able to generate new ideas to improve marketing execution and system efficiency.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a focus on results.
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple work streams and optimizing processes.
  • Open to travel as required.
