User Operations Team Member

We're looking for highly driven, people-oriented individuals to join our User Operations team. This role is at the frontlines of our community—working directly with users to understand behavior, build relationships, and identify opportunities to drive growth.

What you'll do:

  • Engage with users daily through in app hangouts, chats, or calls
  • Conduct surveys and gather insights to understand user needs and behavior
  • Build genuine relationships across a diverse user base
  • Spot opportunities for growth, retention, and monetization
  • Act as the voice of the user by sharing actionable insights with internal teams

What we're looking for:

  • Strong self-motivation and ownership mindset
  • High level of empathy and ability to connect with people from all backgrounds
  • Clear and logical communication skills (spoken and written, any language)
  • Observant and proactive—able to identify patterns and opportunities on the ground
  • Willingness to hustle and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • At least 21 years old
  • Open to fresh graduates or undergraduates with relevant experience
  • Must have a personal smartphone and laptop
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Tech savvy. Familiarity with Google Workspace and the Kumu app is a plus.
  • Willing to report to our Makati office at least once per quarter
