Job description

Position Summary

The Business Operations Associate is a key member of the operations team supporting application management, user acceptance testing, forms and content management, user training and problem resolution. This person will work closely with the Operations Manager to support business processes, training and reporting, system management and data analysis. This role requires a detailed, task-oriented individual with strong communication skills.

What will your job entail?

Job Responsibilities:

Become an expert in our policy issuance and task management systems to provide end-user support, training, configuration management and documentation creation

Manage company data and prepare reports.

Identify and resolve problems related to business operations.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions.

Collaborate with the Sales Team, Underwriting, Accounting, and Actuaries to integrate operations processes.

Ensure operations comply with regulations and internal policies.

Requirements: No specific technology expertise is required, but the ability to learn new technology and business processes is of the utmost importance.

- Insurance experience is beneficial but not required
Work Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.


Licenses & Certifications:
Certified Automation Professional (CAP), Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certification in Process Excellence (CPE) is a plus.
