We are seeking an experienced Operations Associate to support a high-impact people operations function within a fast-paced, enterprise environment. This role will focus on service delivery governance, complex case management, operational performance, vendor oversight, process improvement, and documentation across one or more functional areas.
Responsibilities
  • Manage complex operational cases and processes requiring strong judgment, advanced domain knowledge, and structured troubleshooting.
  • Support service delivery governance, operational monitoring, performance reviews, escalation management, and process improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational challenges while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and strengthen consistency through automation, tooling, standardization, or process redesign.
  • Develop, update, and maintain documentation, including SOPs, playbooks, process maps, and governance routines.
  • Support vendor or supplier oversight, including performance tracking, issue resolution, and recurring operational reviews.
  • Use data and reporting to identify service delivery trends, root causes, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing for system enhancements or bug fixes, ensuring workflows are functional and ready for launch.
  • Support change management efforts by helping teams adopt new processes, tools, and operating procedures.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and focus efforts where they will have the greatest operational impact.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience supporting or overseeing service delivery functions such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, learning, benefits, transfers, HR operations, or related business operations.
  • Experience with case management and HRIS administration.
  • Strong process design and documentation skills, including SOP development.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and execute effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Proven experience performing root cause analysis and delivering measurable improvements related to quality, speed, cost, or employee experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and influence stakeholders across levels.
  • Experience working independently while supporting scalable operations strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Experience collaborating within a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Track record of improving workflows and reducing manual effort through automation, tooling, standardization, or process redesign.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting vendor or supplier performance oversight and governance routines.
  • Experience applying AI tools, automation, or workflow optimization in an operations environment.
  • Experience with knowledge management, case triage, quality monitoring, or reporting automation.
  • Knowledge of technology or software industry business models and core operational processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, human resources, consulting, or equivalent experience.
