Job Title: Operations Associate Reports To: Chief Financial Officer FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Location: Atlanta, GA Position Summary This role is designed for a high-potential operations professional seeking a long-term path into executive leadership. The Operations Analyst will work directly with senior leadership within a well-established, high-performing specialty healthcare organization to support daily operations, improve business performance, and execute key strategic initiatives. This is not a back-office analytics role.

The position offers hands-on exposure to the operational, financial, and strategic aspects of a complex, multi-provider medical practice. The individual in this role will be mentored and developed with the expectation of growing into a senior leadership position over time. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3+ years of experience in operations, healthcare administration, or business support role Strong problem-solving ability with a practical, common-sense approach to decision-making Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels Proficiency in Excel and general business systems (reporting tools are a plus, not the focus) Self-starter with a high level of ownership, initiative, and adaptability Professional maturity, sound judgment, and the ability to think on your feet Key Responsibilities Partner closely with executive leadership to support day-to-day operations and organizational performance Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and actionable opportunities Support predictive cash flow forecasting and variance analysis Identify inefficiencies and implement practical, scalable process improvements Assist in execution of strategic initiatives across clinical and administrative functions Develop and monitor key performance metrics tied to operational success Act as a cross-functional problem solver, helping teams navigate real-time challenges Ensure data accuracy while maintaining a strong focus on operational execution Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Primarily office-based within a professional healthcare environment Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use Occasional lifting of office materials (up to 15 lbs) Standard business hours with flexibility based on operational needs Growth Opportunity This role is intentionally structured as a development path for future leadership.
