We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, to join our Investor Services Team.  This position is located in New York, NY ( 4 days in office expectation).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Leads multiple teams and oversees a core operating area in Transfer Agency. Leads teams who handle any/all aspects of investor servicing - account opening, transaction processing, payments and cash recon, reporting. 
  • Senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Responsible for resource allocation and for ensuring projects are on schedule and to budget.
  • Develops policies and processes to ensure the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards.
  • Sets departmental budgets and conducts resource planning long term or strategic planning for the Client Services/Support function and drives future revenue growth through strategic insight on client issues.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required, with an MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of total work experience in Fund Administration (Transfer Agency/Investor Services preferably) is preferred with 5-10 years in management/leadership roles. 
  • Experience in the various Alternative fund types, including their operating models and different servicing requirements. 
  • Experience managing large scale change and continuous process improvement
  • A good understanding of how AI and Digital Tools are positively impacting the industry and a track record of learning and upskilling in this area.
