About the role As a Client Operations Specialist Sr, you will respond to incoming client calls and emails. We will count on you to communicate with other Insight departments on client issues and assist in resolution where applicable.

Along the way, you will get to: Make outgoing client calls in support of the organization's sales requirements. Prepare and submit client sales quotes. Enter client sales orders accurately into the appropriate order entry system.
