️ Vos responsabilités

  • Assister le gestionnaire des opérations dans les activités quotidiennes.
  • Coordonner les opérations d'entrepôt, d'expédition, de réception et de gestion des stocks.
  • Participer à la planification des livraisons, des horaires et des priorités opérationnelles.
  • Préparer des rapports, tenir à jour les dossiers et assurer le suivi de la documentation opérationnelle.
  • Effectuer le suivi des niveaux d'inventaire et contribuer au contrôle des stocks.
  • Communiquer avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les différents départements afin d'assurer le bon déroulement des opérations.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus afin d'accroître l'efficacité et la productivité.
  • Veiller au respect des politiques de l'entreprise ainsi que des normes de santé et sécurité au travail.
  • Participer à la résolution des problèmes opérationnels tout en offrant un excellent service à la clientèle.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche administrative ou opérationnelle connexe.

Profil recherché

  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en opérations, logistique, entreposage, administration ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en organisation, gestion des priorités et multitâche.
  • Solides compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes.
  • Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word et Outlook).
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome ainsi qu'en équipe dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Une expérience dans les secteurs du CVAC, de la distribution, du commerce de gros ou de la chaîne d'approvisionnement constitue un atout.
  • Personne fiable, minutieuse, proactive et désireuse d'apprendre.
  • Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) constitue un atout.

️ What You'll Do

  • Assist the Operations Manager with daily operational activities
  • Coordinate warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
  • Help schedule deliveries, staff assignments, and operational priorities
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and update operational documentation
