The Opportunity 

McLarens Aviation is seeking an experienced Senior Office & Operations Manager to join our Montreal office. 

This is a key role supporting the growth and success of our Canadian Aviation business. You will oversee office operations, business support functions, client service delivery and operational processes, ensuring the smooth running of the business to enable delivery to the highest standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Montreal office. 
  • Manage administrative and business support activities. 
  • Oversee  operational performance. 
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders. 
  • Support business planning, operational improvements and growth initiatives. 
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards and client requirements. 
  • Support and develop administrative and operational team members. 
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, events and office logistics. 

About You 

Essential 

  • Experience in an Office Manager, Operations Manager or Business Support leadership role. 
  • Strong organisational and project management skills. 
  • Experience managing budgets, reporting and business operations. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship management skills. 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills. 
  • Fluency in English and French. 

Desirable 

  • Experience within aviation, insurance, professional services or a technical environment. 
  • Team leadership and people management experience. 
  • Experience driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
