A leading wealth management firm based in Alpharetta is seeking a Client Operations Associate to support advisors in delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence. This role blends client interaction with behind-the-scenes coordination, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience across all client accounts and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, timely communication
  • Maintain and update client records, schedules, and tasks within the CRM system
  • Prepare and submit required documentation in alignment with internal and regulatory guidelines
  • Keep advisors informed of client activity, updates, and service requests
  • Develop proficiency in custodial platforms and reporting systems
  • Process client transactions, including wires, transfers, and ACH requests
  • Coordinate new client onboarding, including account setup and documentation
  • Support ongoing account maintenance activities, including distributions and updates
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and organization within digital systems
  • Maintain a working knowledge of industry regulations and operational best practices

Qualifications:
