SUMMARY

Telos Family Office is an integrated financial services firm serving individuals, families, and businesses with wealth management, planning, tax, accounting, and insurance under one roof. We are searching for a Client Service & Operations Associate to become the operational heartbeat of the firm - owning the client experience, keeping client and firm calendars moving, and providing hands-on support across tax, operations, and executive workflows.

The preferred candidate is a highly organized self-starter who loves structure, follow-through, and variety. They must be warm and polished with clients, detail-exact behind the scenes, and willing to adapt as the firm grows. Success in this role will be determined by their ability to embrace the Telos Core Values, thrive in a fast-paced small-business environment, and integrate into the workflows of the team.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the firm's Director of First Experiences (DOFI) & own all inbound communication
  • Own client & firm calendars - the client service cycle & the firm's internal meeting pulse
  • Tax administration workflows - documents, client follow-ups, filing status & data entry
  • Keep records clean & track open items to closure across all core technologies & workflows
  • Provide executive support - calendar management, inbox triage, travel & non-client meeting prep
  • Firm administration, vendor follow-through & special projects

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in administrative, operations, or client service roles
  • Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment

  • Financial services industry experience preferred

COMPENSATION

  • Salary - Range of $55,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
  • Variable Compensation - Bonus opportunities can be incorporated
  • Health insurance - 75% employer paid
  • Ancillary Insurance (dental, vision, STD, LTD, and life) - 100% employer paid
  • Retirement Plan - 401(k) plan with 4% safe harbor match
