Job Overview
The Product Operations Associate supports the Client Technology Management (CTM) team by providing operational and product support for advisor technology platforms and services. This role is responsible for processing technology-related requests, responding to advisor inquiries, providing application support, and ensuring operational activities are completed accurately and in compliance with firm policies and procedures. The position partners closely with internal departments and external clients to deliver efficient service and support for technology products and platform access.
Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality service and support to financial advisors, advisor staff, and internal business partners through phone, email, and operational support channels.
  • Process requests to add, modify, or remove access to advisor technology platforms and supported applications.
  • Support first-contact resolution efforts by assisting users with technology processes, systems, and platform navigation.
  • Provide application support for proprietary and third-party technology solutions, including troubleshooting access and operational issues.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in CTM-supported products and services to assist advisors and internal stakeholders with technology-related needs.
  • Deliver training, guidance, and operational knowledge sharing to processing and service teams.
  • Participate in and lead meetings related to product enhancements, process improvements, project initiatives, and operational updates.
  • Perform product reconciliation, data analysis, reporting, and information gathering activities as required.
  • Communicate product requirements, operational procedures, and compliance-related guidelines to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with departments including Tech Support, Registration, New Client Onboarding, Business Transitions, Business Consulting, Cash Management, and other business partners.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Operations, Client Services, Technology Support, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience supporting clients, business partners, or users through phone, email, or operational service channels.
  • Experience processing operational requests while maintaining accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
  • Ability to analyze information, troubleshoot issues, and communicate solutions effectively.

Pay Range:
$22.48-$37.44/hour
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
