Job description

The Client Operations Analyst is responsible for managing the daily processing of client requests related to warehouse activities outside of standard operations. The role will act as the primary contact for all special ad-hoc client requests. This role requires a proactive mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong commitment to timeliness. The Analyst will follow established procedures or design new workflow to process each request, ensure accurate data capture and communication in alignment with all relevant Choice procedures.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and document any intake requests.
  • Generate special request tickets to ensure compliance with system processing requirements.
  • Drive timely responses from warehousing vendors.
  • Ensure timely updates provided to clients on progress and completion.
  • Maintain tracking log of all requests.
  • Collaborate with internal support teams (Client Services, Operations, IT, etc.) as needed.
  • Provide world class communication to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor trends and make data driven decisions for resolution.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process and system improvements.
  • Support client facing team members to ensure world class customer service.



SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in logistics, especially warehousing, is preferred.
  • Experience in client-facing roles preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data with high attention to detail.
  • In office 2-3 days/week
