Job description

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Assists in the delivery of new warehouse processes as part of the U.S. warehouse management system project, focusing on advance shipping notification and on-boarding training and master data set-up

  • Support and coordinate Warehouse Management System base configuration and distribution center specific configuration as the Operations Support Analyst

  • Develop WMS test scripts and training scripts for process flows, task groups, and user access, while updating warehouse layout and picking paths

  • Act as liaison to distribution and supply chain partners, initiating supply chain analytics, providing operation support to distribution centers

  • Other duties as assigned 

  • Travel is up to 90 percent

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
