PC Refresh Project Support

Must live in the Indianapolis area.

Pay: $24.34/hour

In this role you will:

  • Support the PC Refresh Project Managers and Deployment Leads by installing new PCs for PC Refresh Projects.
  • Follow the established processes and checklists to ensure the end user has all the necessary software and settings on the new PC.
  • Back up, protect, and restore data will be an essential task for this position.
  • Update documentation and complete e-install forms required.
  • Customer service is also a crucial element for this position.
