Snelling Staffing has an immediate opening for an IT Help Desk Analyst in the Baton Rouge area. Duties:
* Provide coverage for all calls and emails received by help desk
* Troubleshoot computer issues* Resolve network, PC, and related hardware issues including necessary updates and replacements
* Maintain inventory of equipment via asset management system

Position Requirements:
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is REQUIRED!
