Key Responsibilities
  • Support IT warehouse, deployment, and asset management operations.
  • Process and manage assigned tickets through an IT service management (ITSM) platform.
  • Fulfill hardware requests by preparing, shipping, receiving, and tracking IT equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update asset management systems for received, deployed, and returned equipment.
  • Assist with computer imaging, configuration, and deployment activities.
  • Coordinate equipment recovery efforts for departing users, including collecting, shipping, and processing returned devices and peripherals.
  • Support hardware lifecycle management, including inventory audits, device tracking, and asset disposition.
  • Install and set up computer peripherals, monitors, and related equipment as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data handling, equipment recovery, and asset management procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support IT hardware distribution and operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inventory, deployments, and support activities.
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and safety standards while performing daily tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including local equipment pickup and delivery when required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in IT support, desktop support, service desk, hardware deployment, or asset management environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and IT ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and asset tracking processes.
