OverviewSeeking a
Desktop Support Administrator to provide
Tier 1-2 support across
end-user environments, supporting ~750 users in a
Microsoft enterprise ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and support Microsoft Intune (device enrollment, configuration, compliance, deployment)
- Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, phones, video conferencing systems
- Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID
- Support iOS and Android mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, and endpoint connectivity issues
- Support network connectivity and hardware troubleshooting (wireless, printers, phones)
- Partner with infrastructure and security teams on endpoint initiatives
- Deliver onsite end-user support / deskside support
Required Qualifications - 3+ years Deskside Support / IT Help Desk experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
- Experience with Active Directory (AD)
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Knowledge of Network Administration fundamentals
- Experience with Windows Systems Management
- Strong troubleshooting of hardware (phones, printers, wireless)
- Experience managing security certificates
Preferred - Experience with Endpoint Security
- Experience in utility, energy, or industrial environments
