Interview Process: 1 video + 1 onsite
Overview
Seeking a Desktop Support Administrator to provide Tier 1-2 support across end-user environments, supporting ~750 users in a Microsoft enterprise ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support Microsoft Intune (device enrollment, configuration, compliance, deployment)
  • Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, phones, video conferencing systems
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Support iOS and Android mobile devices
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, and endpoint connectivity issues
  • Support network connectivity and hardware troubleshooting (wireless, printers, phones)
  • Partner with infrastructure and security teams on endpoint initiatives
  • Deliver onsite end-user support / deskside support
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years Deskside Support / IT Help Desk experience
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
  • Experience with Active Directory (AD)
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Knowledge of Network Administration fundamentals
  • Experience with Windows Systems Management
  • Strong troubleshooting of hardware (phones, printers, wireless)
  • Experience managing security certificates
Preferred
  • Experience with Endpoint Security
  • Experience in utility, energy, or industrial environments
