  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Apple desktop operating systems. Responsible for installing, updating and maintaining desktop and laptop hardware. Will be responsible for security patches and OS updates and application installations. Must be able to troubleshoot a variety of technical issues including LAN/WAN connectivity, wireless access, VPN, Microsoft Office, VoIP phones, network printers, and remote desktop. CompTIA A+ Certification or MCSA is a plus.
