Salary: Starting at $60,000/year + Bonus Potential (Up to 15%)

We're a fast-growing boutique financial services firm in Radnor, seeking an organized and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to join our retirement plan advisory team. You'll play an integral role supporting client communications, coordinating with TPAs and recordkeepers, managing projects, and preparing paperwork to ensure smooth client operations.

About You:
  • Early-career professional with 1–3 years in financial services or client operations
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable handling multiple deadlines in a team-oriented environment
  • Eager to grow in the retirement plan or wealth management industry
Key Responsibilities:
