ABOUT CUSTOM PRINT GRAPHICS:
Custom Print Graphics (CPG) is a Chicago-based decorated apparel company with over 15 years in the industry. We specialize in screen printing, embroidery, and direct-to-film (DTF) decoration, serving clients ranging from local small businesses and nonprofits to regional and national brands. We're a close-knit team that takes pride in the work we put out and we're growing. If you're someone who thrives on owning relationships, keeping things organized, and being the person clients actually trust to get it done, keep reading.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of client accounts from order placement through delivery
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent, proactive communication
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from new and existing clients via phone and email with professionalism and urgency
  • Assist clients with quotes, pricing, and product questions using established guidelines
  • Follow up on open orders, artwork approvals, and proofs to keep jobs on schedule
  • Communicate order status and timelines proactively before the client has to ask
  • Collaborate with production, art, and shipping teams to resolve issues and keep workflow smooth
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, orders, and correspondence
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • 13 years in account management, client services, or a similar client-facing role print, promo, apparel, or manufacturing experience is a strong plus
  • Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and doesn't need to be chased down to get things done
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills organized, responsive, and clear
  • Comfortable learning order management and production software
  • Calm under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Reliable and detail-oriented with a genuine investment in doing the job well
