We’re partnering with a growing public accounting firm seeking a CAS Manager to lead client relationships, oversee accounting operations, and support the continued growth of the practice. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, mentoring staff, and helping businesses improve their financial processes and reporting.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage client engagements and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Oversee accounting operations, reporting, and client deliverables
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Identify process improvements and solutions for clients
  • Support practice growth through relationship building and business development efforts


What We're Looking For

  • CPA required
  • 6+ years of accounting, CAS, or advisory experience
  • Strong leadership and client relationship skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
