ABOUT THE POSITION:
As a Senior in Client Accounting Services (CAS) at Anchin, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations for our clients. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills. You will work closely with clients, providing them with timely and accurate financial information and advice to support their business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain accurate financial records for clients, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant accounting principles, standards, and regulations, staying updated on changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, enhance efficiency, and improve accuracy through automation and best practices.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic financial advice to support their growth and success.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA preferred.

Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience within client accounting services in a public accounting firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Yardi, Bill.com, NetSuite, Expensify and other accounting software preferred.

Compensation:
  • Competitive annual salary in the range of $90,000 to $125,000 based on the individual's experience level.
