Your Opportunity

Full Time - Castle Hill Retirement Village

As a Client Account Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting home care clients and their families - ensuring services are aligned to their needs, funding is clearly understood, and overall experience is positive and seamless.

This is a relationshipdriven role that combines customer service, service coordination and financial oversight.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a key contact for clients and families, providing timely and supportive communication

  • Build strong relationships to improve engagement and satisfaction

  • Manage and review client budgets aligned to Home Care Packages and other funding

  • Respond to financial queries, explaining statements and services clearly

  • Support debt recovery processes in partnership with Finance

  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Aged Care standards

  • Identify atrisk clients and support retention strategies

  • Educate clients on services and how to maximise their funding

What You'll Bring

You're organised, customerfocused and confident working with both people and numbers. You're comfortable explaining financial information and managing multiple client accounts.

You'll also bring:

  • Experience in administration, client services or account management

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial details clearly

  • Experience managing budgets, invoices or financial queries

  • High attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills

  • Confidence using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar)

  • Understanding of Home Care Packages or aged care funding (preferred)

  • Qualifications in Business, Community Services or Aged Care are desirable but not essential.
