Client Account Coordinator
REMOTE - U.S.
ImpactBio is growing, and we're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Client Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Program Leads to support client programs, coordinate cross-functional activities, and help ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and internal stakeholders.

In This Role, You Will:
  • Work closely with the Program Leads to support day-to-day client account management and program execution
  • Maintain and manage program rosters, including tracking headcount, territory assignments, onboarding/offboarding status, and organizational updates
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client communications and ongoing support
  • Coordinate client deliverables and ensure timely follow-up on action items
  • Partner with internal teams including recruiting, operations, training, and leadership to support client needs
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation across internal systems
  • Monitor account activity and proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Prepare client reports, meeting materials, status updates, and presentations
  • Support onboarding, scheduling, project coordination, and operational initiatives
  • Help ensure a high level of client satisfaction through responsiveness and attention to detail
  • Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Prior experience in account coordination, client services, customer support, project coordination, or related field preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
