We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Private Client Account Executives to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive support to clients, ensuring a high level of customer service and is an integral part of our service team, which is well known for being among the best in the business.

Job Summary:

This role is a lead contact for our high net worth clients and their families and will involve building positive and impressive long-term relationships. Key responsibilities include communicating with and visiting with clients, family offices, wealth advisors and responding to their questions, proactively contacting them for necessary follow-ups. As a Private Client Account Executive, you will be responsible for a variety of client focused tasks and will be an integral part of a team who services our client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a growth opportunity within the insurance industry while gaining valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Act as an insurance advisor to clients; make recommendations and suggestions best suited for their personal needs.
  • Negotiate with underwriters by utilizing comprehensive, creative thinking to implement best possible solutions, using knowledge of current markets and insurance products available.
  • Obtain quotes and create proposals to formulate a comprehensive insurance program once carrier negotiations are complete.
  • Determine strategic placement of new clients through analysis of current insurance program.
  • Discuss claims with clients and manage the claims process until conclusion. Ensure that clients are extremely satisfied with the outcome.
  • Drive renewal process by analysis of client's insurance program and marketplace opportunities.

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming calls, and e-mails
  • Comply with company policies, practices and procedures
  • Attend meetings and prepare follow-up as needed
  • Set goals, prioritize and execute duties of the position
  • Manage documents, files and electronic information in an organized, efficient and secure manner
  • Perform quality and quantity duties as expected for position
  • Complete company required training courses as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four year college or university; or
  • Three years minimum related experience and/or training.
  • Property & Casualty license
  • Knowledge of personal insurance products offered through Chubb, Berkley One, Pure, Cincinnati and Private Client Select.
  • * A "people person" with superior client service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Adaptability to a changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, as well as part of a team.

$90,000—$110,000 USD
