This is a Hybrid role which can work from any these offices in Wisconsin - Madison, Brookfield, or Menasha

POSITION SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide a superior level of customer service to group benefits accounts through daily interaction by responding to client needs, inquiries, and concerns. This position's focus is providing these services to mid-market accounts, with exceptions. The Account Executive is responsible for fostering both deep and broad relationships with clients. This position also manages the renewal process and assists with new business implementation of group benefits policies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Partner with the Risk Advisors to capture the client's Action Plan and ensure that all deadlines are met.

Efficient and accurate handling of service requests including requesting rates, negotiating pricing and plan design, compliance questions, terminations, and enrollments, etc.

Create meeting materials, renewal materials, benefit booklets, SPD wrap documents, PowerPoint presentations, employee election forms, etc.

Create/Maintain the client account in Agency Management System, including activities/tasks/attachments as it pertains to the service schedule (including compliance deadlines, reporting and analytics, renewal activities, etc.)

Maintain the client account in our agency management system, including attaching documents.

Manage and schedule meeting follow ups for renewal, mid-year, and client touch base meetings.

Respond to service issues and communicate outcomes to Risk Advisor and/or clients.

Work with carriers on benefit plan design, application process, claims, and billing issues.

Manage the entire renewal process.
